1. The service

MyDietJourney provides weight, nutrition, and wellness tracking tools, including AI-generated nutrition estimates and coaching suggestions. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

MyDietJourney is a wellness product, not a medical service. AI nutrition estimates are approximations. Coaching responses are informational only and are not a substitute for advice from a physician, dietitian, or other qualified health provider. Consult a doctor before starting any weight loss program, especially if you have a medical condition. If you believe you may have an eating disorder, please seek professional help — this product is not designed for you, and we mean that with care.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions cost $19.99/month after a 7-day free trial, billed through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your password secure and your account information accurate.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Don't abuse the service — including attempting to access other members' data, reverse engineering, or using automated tools to overload AI features.

5. Your data

You own the data you log. Our use of it is governed by the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
